Plan limits, billing, and invoices

Fantasma Pro is a yearly subscription. Upgrade from Pricing or from an upgrade prompt in the builder; manage payment methods, renewal, cancellation, and invoices from the billing portal linked in the Fantasma product menu.

Two different “limits”

  • Builder caps (templates, sections, blocks, text size) apply to everyone — see Builder limits.
  • Account project quota — how many active saved projects your plan allows. Active projects are saved projects that are not in Trash. Projects in Trash do not count until you restore them.

Projects in Trash are permanently deleted after 14 days.

If you downgrade and end up with more active projects than your new plan allows, Fantasma does not delete anything. You keep editing existing projects and can still download or publish them when their content is allowed by your plan; you cannot create, duplicate, restore from Trash, or move a browser-only project into your account until you are back at or under your limit. The projects dashboard shows a banner when you are over limit.

Upgrading and managing Pro

Use Pricing to start checkout. If you are not signed in, Fantasma asks you to sign in first.

After upgrading, return to the builder and retry the Pro action. If your account still appears Free for a moment, refresh the page.

Already Pro? Open the Fantasma product menu from the top-left logo and use Manage subscription to update your payment method, view receipts, cancel renewal, or manage the subscription.

Cannot create another project

  1. Read the error text (plan vs technical).
  2. Move projects to Trash or permanently delete them until you are under your plan’s active cap.
  3. Upgrade to Pro if you need a higher cap.
  4. Contact support if counts look wrong.

Invoices and plan changes

Receipts, invoices, payment methods, renewals, and cancellation live in the billing portal linked from the Fantasma product menu.

Cancelling or downgrading does not remove a theme already on Ghost — Fantasma does not uninstall themes remotely. Pro-only downloads, publishes, and Ghost connection features require an active Pro subscription in Fantasma.
