Recommendation links and Ghost connection fixes

This patch fixes recommendation row links in exported themes and builder preview, restores publish and preview refresh against local Ghost setups, and clears a few builder and sign-in rough edges.

Improved magic link sign-in error messages.
Fixed recommendation row links to use each site’s external URL.
Fixed publish and connected-site preview refresh when Ghost returns gzip-compressed Admin API responses.
Fixed post order settings for Latest posts queries.
Fixed Post Content sidebar styling in builder preview when position is Up or Down.
